The great Pranayama

Words are not enough to emphasize the beauty of Pranayama .

I 've been practicing it for just two days and I feel my breathing is far better .(Still way lots to learn about it and to do it.)

First use your right or left hand fingers to press your nose in such a way that it blocks the nostrils.

Use your  thumb to press the  right side of your nose and the index finger for the left side.

Now ,it is simple breathe in  or inhale through right nostril for a count of 3 and exhale through the left .

Then ,breathe in or inhale to a count of three through the left nostril and exhale through the right for a count of three.

Isn't it easy ?

Caution! "Do ask the expert guidance of a pranayama doctor or yoga guru of the correct way to do Pranayama .

You have to try it to see the change !
